The leaders across all departments, including finance, marketing, engineering, operations, customer success, and sales, exhibit exceptional skills and high integrity. Each leader notably excels in their respective role. I garnered immense learning, especially in communication skills, under the CEO, who is a master at product positioning and asking the right questions from a sales viewpoint. Meanwhile, reporting to the COO was an extremely positive experience; she was consistently supportive, empathetic, and kind, particularly as I navigated through the initial challenges of building the SDR program. I will miss working with her dearly! For salespeople, VisibleThread offers an impressive flow of both outbound and inbound leads, ensuring a steady stream of qualified meetings. This is largely due to the company’s leading position in the proposal and business writing space, credited to the brilliant marketing team. You'll consistently engage with prospective customers thanks to their expertise. While I transitioned to another role that more keenly aligned with my career interests, my overall experience with the company was extremely positive. I would readily rejoin the wonderful team at VisibleThread if given an opportunity.

While the company's small size and agility allow for quick adjustments and evolution (which for me, I liked), this fast-paced change can sometimes be difficult to navigate, requiring adaptability and continuous learning from the team members.
