Pros

After nearly a year at Vinter, I can honestly say, it's a great company to work at. Leadership: strong, skilled, dedicated leaders Colleagues: focused, hard-working, friendly, supportive Perks: Lots of them! -30 days PTO, life balance is valued! -Health/wellness is valued and supported -Truly remote, work-from-anywhere company. We have colleagues all across the world! -Annual off-sites, where the teams get to meet face-to-face and have a little fun together! -Learning is encouraged and supported

Cons

You will be working with a team of high performers, which can be demanding, but also inspiring!

Pros

You learn about the industry

Cons

Where to start? It's not true that they have those offsites for their employees, it's also not true that they care about the wellbeing of their employees, to them they're just items. Weak leadership, completely unsupportive, practically non existent. Be careful with their "flexible schedule" because that means no work-life balance. You should expect unreasonable requests at unreasonable times and it doesn't matter if you work overtime because it's not compensated. Lack of any kind of structure. The only good people there are the employees that hold that company in place and they don't even get the recognition they deserve. In the founder's eyes, you never work enough. Do you want your mental health to be ruined? Go ahead and work there, it's almost guaranteed that you'll be treated like waste

Pros

Company manages to combine the bureaucracy and slow decision making of large corporations and the chaos of startups.

Cons

Terrible leadership, culture of deception and falsity. As a professional, I felt completely disempowered to perform my job in a highly toxic culture due to the exploitation of the top management.
