I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Vinter (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2023
Interview
There we 5 rounds for an entry-level role 1st one is MCQs related to HTML, CSS, React, and Behavioral. If you have never worked thoroughly then you cannot solve it 2nd one is HR round, with basic questions 3rd one was again small assessment related to UI/UX concepts In 4th round, I have to make a whole React application with APIs within 72 hours. You have to implement charts and everything as well as you have to take care of responsiveness and everything(unpaid work basically) Here comes tragedy, after submitting the code, they gave me an interview, and on the day of the interview(even 10 minutes before) they canceled it by saying they have different requirements now.

It starts with a logic and cultural fit tests. After that, there are some technical tests and interviews. At the final step, you receive a Case Test and discuss it in a final interview with the CTO. The process is very quick, fair and transparent.
