You should expect unreasonable requests at unreasonable times and it doesn't matter if you work overtime because it's not compensated. Lack of any kind of structure. The only good people there are the employees that hold that company in place and they don't even get the recognition they deserve. In the founder's eyes, you never work enough. Do you want your mental health to be ruined? Go ahead and work there, it's almost guaranteed that you'll be treated like waste
