Pros
- Directors, Managers are all friendly enough, very approachable, understanding (not sure about HR team though) - There's a hackathon every year where teams from various product domains participate with their ideas - There happens a sports events every year - If you do good at your work (or bad), know that you are noted, managers and directors have a deep eye here, but no one's always behind your back or no-one micromanages you - Lots of learning and developement through Certifications and reimbursements, no limits here, you can opt for as many as you want, just relevant to your work and that's all - They chase the cutting edge
Cons
- Near to none team building activities, it's been so long offices are open but we still don't know anybody from other teams or whatever. - Work from office policy is very strict, you have to come to office, complete all 9 hrs and go. - You don't get work from home even 1 day at any cost, even if that's the reason you'd be leaving your job too. - Hackathon judging has no transparency, none of the ideas that have won the top prize has worked out in reality, either they are not practical or feasible but somehow managed to win - No year end gifts (if you hope for one) - If you're someone used to getting higher appraisals, FORGET!
