Pros

I love to work at Ventrica as I am valued and was able to develop from a customer service adviser to a Team Leader. I love the dynamic. Ventrica is like my 2nd family and my managers really look after me and my team. Since im working with Ventrica I have archived so much and it really is satisfying to have such a great work relationship with the people you work with and work for.

Pros

Fully remote work, which offers flexibility and eliminates commuting. The company provides structured training when starting the role, and the IT systems are generally well organised and easy to use.

Cons

Work management is handled by individuals who are familiar with the system, but they are often not adequately prepared to provide the level of support needed during periods of high demand and stress. As a result, employees may sometimes feel unsupported when workloads intensify. The system used to request holidays and time off is not always reliable, which can make it difficult for employees to plan their leave or organise personal time in advance. Although the role is fully remote, employees are expected to use their own equipment, which may require personal investment in computers, keyboards, and other necessary tools. The company places a very strong emphasis on performance targets and results, which can create a highly pressured working environment. Opportunities for professional development or career progression also appear to be limited. At times, the overall atmosphere can feel challenging, and there could be more focus on fostering a healthier and more supportive workplace culture. Additionally, the salary level is relatively low considering the demands of the role, and there is no clear rota system that fairly distributes time off during public holidays.
