Pros

Fantastic Team Manager, Very good Training Manager, above minimum wage, overtime available, remote working, regular breaks. Lots of upskilling and promotional opportunities. If you can survive the first six months you could have a job for life. Refreshing no-blame culture.

Cons

Minimum formal training it’s mainly on the job training, confusing instructions sometimes conflicting. You have to be able to think on your feet with minimum training or you will struggle. It seems to depend what contract you end up on. Some contracts are more stressful than others. Some contracts you have to work Xmas day so be prepared for that. Appears to have quite a high turnover,

Although the role is fully remote, employees are expected to use their own equipment, which may require personal investment in computers, keyboards, and other necessary tools. The company places a very strong emphasis on performance targets and results, which can create a highly pressured working environment. Opportunities for professional development or career progression also appear to be limited. At times, the overall atmosphere can feel challenging, and there could be more focus on fostering a healthier and more supportive workplace culture. Additionally, the salary level is relatively low considering the demands of the role, and there is no clear rota system that fairly distributes time off during public holidays.
