Pros
They train you in their method with their materials, so It's a good place to start learning how to teach English if you have no experience. You can do extra hours as well and get paid accordingly.
Cons
Limited. They don't pay for the class preparation and sometimes they can be really picky about your holidays, so you have to let them know well in advance and remind them during the previous month so that they don't forget to find a substitute teacher.
