Our 401(k) plan is outstanding. Company match is 100% on the first 4% contributed. The retirement plan contribution is 10% of base pay. There is a year-end bonus structure for exempt employees. Employees will earn a partnership bonus that is calculated as a percentage of base pay for long-term employees or as a set number of shares for newer employees.
