Pros

The only pro is timely salary; beyond that, there’s nothing noteworthy.

Cons

The organization suffers from an oppressive culture of micromanagement, where employees are constantly scrutinized, stifling creativity and autonomy. Job security is virtually nonexistent, as the company clings to outdated legacy technologies, making roles unsustainable in the long term. Employees are treated as mere placeholders, with their positions only secure as long as they are mapped to a client. Once unallocated, they are forced to resign, creating an environment of uncertainty and distrust. This approach is neither sustainable nor respectful of employees' contributions and growth.
