There are small pockets of people who have unrealistic expectations about who should fix problems or issues. We all own our culture and it is not going to be “like it used to be.”
There is a lot of change in SaaS companies as a whole. We are not immune. I am hopeful because we have smart leaders who care about the people, not just the company or their own interests.
