Pros

Uscreen has an amazing product, it's easy to feel excited and knowledgeable when interacting with customers. I would give this place a 5 star review if it wasn't for the many negatives that outweigh the positives. The teams consist of incredibly talented, knowledgeable and friendly people. Some of the best teams I have ever worked with. Remote is of course a huge plus as well.

Cons

Uscreen will claim that they are a startup company during the interview process, which simply isn't true. They are not a startup and have 200+ employees across the globe and 1000+ customers. They significantly underpay and understaff certain departments, have a non existent onboarding process for new hires and overwork them as well. It's interesting that they claim to lead with "empathy" when their actions toward customer facing roles say otherwise. Their actions give an impression more along the lines of "we will give you negative feedback and give you outrageous quotas to encourage you to 'work even harder.' If we give you positive feedback and don't micromanage you (btw, your laptop is not provided and you will have screenshots taken of your activity every 10 minutes while you are on the clock), you'll probably slack off. Also, if you don't meet our outrageous quotas or you make a mistake, we will fire you." I have seen this happen to many people at the company. They have unlimited PTO, but what is the point of that if you are just going to dread coming back to even more work after your time off? It seems like it's not even worth it because you will fall so far behind after taking time off. Valuable employees are being let go left and right (for really generic and unreasonable causes), Uscreen is also now in a hiring freeze .. so all existing employees are left with more work, on top of their existing accounts and new orders coming in every day. More pay? Nope. Just a complete lack of respect for employees that they would not be able to exist without. This is common practice for many companies but that doesn't make it acceptable, especially for a company that claims to be progressive and "empathetic" toward their workers. TERRIBLE BENEFITS. Pretty much nothing for insurance is covered by the company. You will need to pay for your benefits out of pocket if you are located in the US (not sure how it works in other countries). Do better, Uscreen.

Pros

- Solid people at various levels - Customer base and value add with core product and coaching - Unlimited PTO and remote set ups

Cons

- High turnover of good people and major gaslighting - Several “leaders” are stubborn and out of their depth, lack real experience - They want to “push the pace” for everything which means the company is doing a hundred things at once and none of them very well frankly - Product is extremely behind on AI and other core functionality but leaders are busy pointing fingers elsewhere to cover themselves
