- amazing culture, still in touch with a lot of people i worked with, honestly miss working here all the time - varied work, always something creative to get stuck into if you work in marketing/brand/online - first company i've ever worked for where the 'family' feel isn't toxic

- pay is not amazing and it takes a while to progress

Interesting and varied work Feel as though you're contributing to something positive Encouraged to be independent Supported by management Opportunities for development

Office design could be improved to create more private collaborative spaces and areas to take calls but this is something that is already being worked on.
