Pros

Always changing, lots of perks, never working in the same place for long periods of time, great co-workers, diverse working environment, military friendly

Cons

Hourly employees time cut, can sometimes be long hours for salary/commission, phone rings 7 days a week, work goes home with you. Sliding scale commission structure.

Pros

For the most part, United Rentals is a great company to work for. They care about their employees & promote growth from within.

Cons

The RELIABLE ONSITE SERVICES division is a total and complete DISGRACE to United Rentals name due to the Management team. Over worked and under-paid. Drivers should never come close to exceeding their DOT hours. Service trucks continuously break down, sometimes for weeks at a time. Promises are made by management but are not carried out. The way routes are dispatched is completely not efficient nor achievable. Employee's are moved in to the wrong positions.
