Pros

These apply for the whole company - Good relative salary and benefits - Flexible working hours* - 3 days a week home office - Although most of my team tried to move inside the company and wasn't successful, we did see some people join the team from within Unilever. - Saw one succesful promotion in the area

Cons

- You're expected to work non-paid extra hours. Most of my teams work days were around 12 - 16 hours. (Constant Crunch Culture) - Work is measured very arbitrarily, often involving a conflict of interest and not taking into account a learning curve. On top of this, most processes are not properly documented. Meaning process manuals are incomplete, outdated, illegible or just wrong. Because of this, often reworks are needed in expense of the person performing the process. - Some of the members of the team traded extra work for additional pay. The latter was never delivered. - There was an unresolved case of harrasment from a superior in the workplace. HR decided to ignore it. (as most of other issues in the workplace)

Pros

Great job, great pay, great people

Cons

Management doesn't communicate much with employees in area. And they only let certain people get overtime for some reason.
