Pros
Benefits are good, products work as described, 1st level management is ok. Can be a great place to work. Educational and tech training are outstanding, superior resources.
Cons
A 14% paycut destroyed whatever moral was left. Upper management is only interested in $$$ Customers, employees, EBIT is all that ,matters. No one really sue what the direction is. Customer problems will sit, no people, no overtime
