UBS is like any other offshore bank around the world and that includes being Very Professional Good Renumeration Excellent Benefits High Prestigue
Cons
As with every upside, there is a huge downside. Like with every other bank, there is no employee welfare. there is good benefits, but that does not help when there is no work life balance.
