Pros
Lot of contribution from everyone to the main work at all levels. Great office atmosphere. Flexibility for the kind of work you want to do. Great support from management. If you are good to people, they are good to you.
Cons
A little relaxed work scene at a few times in the office. Compensation package, relatively speaking, is not the best.
