Pros
One of largest wire house firms. Looks good on a resume. A lot of helpful training. A good place to start.
Cons
Not much help. Basically give you unrealistic expectation and act shocked when goals aren't met. Unless family member works there or you are independently wealthy do not apply. They will push you out in a few years.
