      Pros

      Solid training programs, especially at the Investment Bank. Career development and advancement are high priority.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic atmosphere, difficult to get acces or approvals. Complex structure between divisions and corporate center. Divisions on different IT platforms. Not very good health benefits.
