UBS is a global firm with great colleagues, an international reputation, good work/life balance. Many of the managers there are interested in supporting you in doing a good job.
Cons
The constant threats of layoffs make working there unbearable. Communications from top managment about important issues come after you read it already in the morning's Wall Street Journal or New York Times.
