1. Secondary treatment by US, European counterparts 2. Europe based company, but culture is a typical Indian IT culture, where managers like appease European hire management 3. Not promising financially and professionally 4. Promotions needs a lot of lobbying 5. Don't expect a promotion at least in the first two years of joining 6. Ancient technology, i.e. Java 1.5, just imagine 7. False role promises during the hiring 8. HR activity is done by third-party, so take their promises with a pinch of salt 9. Never saw any HR interacting once you are hired, even resignation is handled by the manager 10. Don't expect learning and career growth 11. Overall join only if you want a good switch hike and like to enjoy leaves, otherwise I won't refer my enemy here
