Pros
My group had a great culture and I definitely learned a lot during the first year in my position. There were a lot of trainings (lunch n learn, training the street, etc.).
Cons
Constant management change, unclear strategy, lower comps than the rest of Wall Street firms. The corporate culture is mixed and your experience will depend a lot on the specific group you are in.
