Creating a supportive and enjoyable work environment has always been a key priority for us, and it’s great to know you were able to experience that firsthand.
I also want to thank you for your thoughts on compensation and leadership. I fully understand your concerns around pay, and I want to assure you that we’re constantly working to ensure our compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards. We are committed to providing fair and meaningful compensation for our team’s hard work.
Regarding leadership changes, I recognize that transitions can be unsettling. We strive to be transparent throughout these processes, and I regret if it felt unclear or unsettling to you and others.
