Interview
While waiting to hear back about an interview from my application, I decided to message one of the recruiters on LinkedIn, because I really wanted to work here. Her name was Sam, and she replied to my LinkedIn message. Then reviewed my resume and I got the interview, which may not have happened if she didn't reply to me. So I am grateful that she reviews all communications, as I'm sure they get hundreds of messages per day about jobs.

Interview
Interview process spanned over a month, 5 interviews total. I got to the final stage and was told I would hear an update, I didn’t hear from them again. After investing countless hours to research and meet with different members of staff I thought I would at least receive an email rejection. The job market is hard enough and companies treating you as if you're dispensable is inexcusable.
