There is a sincere effort being made to rebuild the college job structure toward something that will be more equitable and workable than what was previously in place.
Cons
So far the size of the administration and their salaries have grown, combined with state budget shortfalls, all non administrative positions are going on 5 years with no wage increases and there have been layoffs for the first time in the colleges history.
