      Great benefits, insane amount of paid time off. tons of opportunities to contribute to community and to grow within TCC itself

      Cons

      HR doesn't ever know what they're doing and they have constant turnover. the Student Support Center has outdated information a lot of the time and sometimes

      Pros

      Beautiful campus, most people are awesome and nice and helpful. The meaning behind TCC is beautiful if it was true.

      Cons

      If your in IT be prepared to get yelled at, belittled, disrespected. Be prepared to no have a voice. Like at all. If you try to voice anything be prepared for reprocussions. Be prepared to be wrong even if your right. Be prepared to get in trouble for team building or talking to fellow it members not in your direct department. And oh huge do not trust HR to help. If your supervisor tells them they aint getting involved then HR will back down.
