No work from home or flexibility
A lot of favouritism which causes favourite people to get away with behaviour that would be considered misconduct
No HR department at all
All of these are things that have been raised as concerns by staff but ignored

Management and the team culture is one of the best and most helpful, everyone is always open to questions and be a helping hand
- Remote work is an option now
- Flexibility in hybrid work for CA employees (we just moved to 4 days per week WFH for our team)
- You get to work on a mix of tier 2 and tier 3 tickets. So good exposure to troubleshooting/technical break-fix of complex tickets.
- Reputable organization (holds 6/6 MS designations)
Cons
- Headquarters is in California, but we work East Coast hours (but hey, you wrap up work at a decent time)
