      Great work environment, space to grow and develop professionally, good training & learning programmes for all levels! Team are lovely, I have a great manager and wouldn't want to work anywhere else!

      Pros

      Working for Soda has been a dream! Our corporate social responsibility and DE&I initiatives are unlike any other in the industry. I've been given clear outlines for career progression and I truly feel like the entire team is rooting for everyone's success. I'm so excited for our massive growth journey in the Los Angeles office and to continue working with the most exciting tech companies on the West Coast.

      Cons

      The LA office is small, but this isn't really a con since it's such a tight-knit, personal team.
