Goals often are High, you really have to work hard for them.
Some colleagues and managers are fake.
Unless you have a good manager, you may not get off a lot of holidays.
Bigger credit union with a small bank feel. They are bog enough to have some great tech resources and products. The in-house underwriting and processing is also really good and you can easily communicate with anyone you need to. Being a small lender allows them to be nimble and make quick exceptions when they need to.
Cons
They get in their own way a lot. Product set is very limited and they are very afraid of new things. The credit union in general seems to be stuck between trying to be a big bank and a small community bank which complicates and contradicts policies.
