Pros

HR are professional, free drinks, multicultural office.

Cons

When any problems come up Like lots of calls or emails everyone from the cleaner to the coaches, team leads, trainers are all ordered to down tools and jump on calls or emails. This happens daily so no one can get any work done, while We’re all on calls everything else falls apart which is no surprise to anyone except the higher managers. Almost unbelievably the fourth and only operations manager has now also gone. I think the average length of service for an ops at trip.com is 3 months. Who will be next for the poisoned chalice? At what point do the powers in charge realise something is seriously wrong here. Trip acts like a narcissist who can’t keep any relationships going and keeps blaming every partner who leaves them, at some point you have to realise you’re the problem, not the people leaving. People do not want hammered from the first second they arrive at work to the second they leave and beyond. Trip.com makes doing a good job impossible with how it’s set up and the demands on people.
