Really low salaries compared to other companies. The company says we are customer oriented, but the quality of our services has dropped drastically. Workload has increased. C-level management focuses on Shopkick while it doesn't return any money to the company.Very poor management decisions. They fire key people for what they call cost-cutting reasons, not minding the consequences. Communication is dishonest. Leaders in the US think they know everything better.
