40 days leaves gets credited on 1st Jan. Extra leaves for mental health per quarter. Few people get remote work otherwise its hybrid (2 days office per week) Lot of awards are shared based on performance. Sterling holiday package.
Cons
Average hikes. Parents are not covered by Health Insurance by default. Need to pay an extra premium.
