      Pros

      Sometimes you could get off early if it was slow. Attempts to give frequent feedback.

      Cons

      They will force you home if call volume is low so if you need 40 hours this is not for you. Also hires on as a temporary position with the intention to hire but does not make that clear till the interview. They will assign more work to you till you break.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
