      Good supervisors At the time work from home Work was interesting

      Poor upper management Charged a fee for my last paycheque, i.e theft Break contracts Ended remote work due to CEO political favours.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
