      Nice people to work with, different departments and opportunities for growth within them if working hard and if determined to progress within the field

      Cons

      Long working hours, no overtime pay, buggy software/systems, regulations-heavy, messy cooperation across the world sometimes

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
