good place for juniors or graduates to grow and learn, great people to work with, international cultures, offers visa sponsorships for international students

Cons

crazy long work hours, poor management, lack of transparency, very minimal employee benefits, extremely inefficient and bureaucratic

Pros

The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

Cons

The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
