      Industry leader, potential to make good money, fun parties, some great co-workers.

      Cons

      Bad leadership, terrible sales culture, cult atmosphere. Chicago office has extremely high turnover.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
