      There are absolutely no pros.

      Cons

      The management style is horrible. The Interpreters are never acknowledge nor appreciated. Everyone dislike the work environment and no one does anything about it.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
