      The environment is challenging, good sense of bility to try harder, diverse environment, lots of new ideas to share, good environment for development of different career paths...

      Cons

      Be prepared to walk all facilities are very large, if your attendance is bad you will not last, but that is the case at any job so be prepared to work

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
