Good benefits, very flexible, options to work from home if needed (depending on position) employee discounts

Cons

Definitely a mans world… the men in the offices act as if the woman shouldn’t be there and constantly question how things are done.

Pros

Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

Cons

Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
