      Pros

      Great people to work with. Great immediate supervisor. Good opportunity to gain knowledge. Flexible work arrangements. Might be a good place to work as long as it's not IT.

      Cons

      Be very careful with what the HR recruiter promises you. Make sure the offer letter contains precise language (beware of statements like "you may get"). No bonus, 60+ hour work weeks, areas in IT frequently overlap and step on each other's toes. Poor communication from upper and middle management.

      They couldn’t pay me enough to travel back and forth I wasn’t making it!!

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
