      Pros

      Benefits are good. Pros end there.

      Cons

      Inconsistent hours; one week you'll work 40+ hours, next you'll only get ~20 hours because the machines are broken. They preach safety, but quietly encourage you to take shortcuts - whatever it takes to hit rate, right? Even if it means injuring yourself. HR is only there to protect the business. If you go to them with a complaint they will not take you seriously.
