Pros
There are some really lovely people scattered throughout the organization, mostly in more junior positions. It's an interesting industry to work in and there are travel opportunities.
Cons
Bullying is prominent throughout the workplace. HR are very aware of it but do nothing to intervene, even when staff go to them directly about it. Working in Tourism Ireland can be detrimental to the health of staff. Too many big egos and not enough genuine collaboration.
