Quality control matters - especially at a hospital

Rules and directions will change every 2 or so days, and instructions will not be linear - from cooks or management
For Line Positions, it will be tense and fast-paced - you're pretty much working your entire shift (apart from breaks)
You're placed where you're needed - especially for those that frequently call off (except for salad side)
