Touchpoint as a company has slid downhill in every way over the past 5 years. They have continuously in little spurts have been taking every positive thing away from working there. Whether it be bonuses for doing a great job, breaks, or recognition at all.
About 2 years ago, there was a company shakedown, and they got rid of all the actually compassionate and decent managers and higher ups, It's survival of the fittest and only the most ruthless won. Management treats us less than human, and only acknowledges us for our faults.
Not a single person I worked with had one nice thing to say about the company or management. Coworkers have went to HR about management at this location several times with credible and valid concerns and HR doesn't care because the numbers look good. If you want to work for a company that treats you like you're completely expendable, and management that treats you less than human, then this is the job for you.
I'm glad I got out when I did, from what I've heard, management doesn't even let you take breaks anymore, which they will tell you isn't technically illegal.
