Good pay Flexible hours Supervisors try to help you practice career skills. E.g.: If you want to go into media design they'll get you involved in the posters and videos, if you want to go into education they'll keep you more on the tutoring and resource design. Excellent work culture Inclusive and diverse
Cons
Limited paid positions available, you might have to volunteer for a while first but they'll still throw you paid honorarium opportunities when they come up, and they're even more flexible with hours and responsibilities for volunteers, so this isn't even really a con.
