      Pros

      The people at TS were great, everyone was nice enough and happy to communicate with you regardless of role/team.

      Cons

      Raise structure was very flawed and company shared way too much about depressing financials. Management was too transparent and put the worry of how the company was doing on its employees instead of handling it themselves or doing anything about it.

      Pros

      Flexible work locations. Ability to work location independent. Creative team that likes to work together to brainstorm and create excellent work for our clients. We have two offices, and we integrate the two locations on various projects and social events.

      Cons

      The large office is in Winnipeg, so they have more every day interactions at that office than the Portland office.

      The Portland office was great to work at. Small team, good work environment.

      main office was in Canada and so was most of the exec team.
