There were really no pros.

I found the work environment to be toxic. I found the 3 daily meetings to be pointless - a huge focus on financial targets as opposed to customer satisfaction or staff retention. - I found management give very tittle respect to staff whilst expecting them to perform behind their obligation.

Leaving the job to work somewhere else

Extremely pathetic management who micromanages and put pressure on staff to get revenues anyhow. They do this morning and evening catchup everyday where if you hear carefully it's just the management begging you to do a better job at making numbers any how. Keeps boasting about progression however, the organisation isn't going anywhere as staff join and leave in literally few weeks and sometimes days due to toxic team and management and staff turnover is extremely high
