Pros
Started working here in 2019 and it was my first job out of high school. The pay was great in comparison to what was around and it got better once they created a fair pay policy.
Cons
Marketing was always unorganized and it came to be the store's responsibility to market and create visuals on their own because corporate doesn't know how the stores actually operate.
